A credit card is required when scheduling online. You will only be charge a cancellation fee if either you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don’t show. All cancellations must be confirmed at least 24 hours before appointment to avoid $25 cancellation or no show fee ($50 for weaving and hair extensions). Deposit for weaving and extensions: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling a hair extension or weaving service. The deposit will be credited at the time the service has been performed. If necessary your service can be rescheduled up to 3 times without forfeiting your deposit. However you must reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment or your deposit will automatically be forfeited. After 3 cancellations your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
